The ultimate in recording and measuring work done in your heat process. Does not rely on the thermocouple or controls – does not only indicate the temperature that the location on the kiln car has reached – but also the time at the temperature – the work done by your kiln. This to help verify that your product has achieved the intended engineered results.

Mantec also offers the world’s best kiln car insulation. Their Ultralite Loose Fill (ULF) line of insulation is re-usable and based on microporous efficiencies in the kiln car. This provides incredible insulating value and consistencies.

Mantec offers specialty refractories based on the ULF materials. The ULF line of lightweight aggregates are available to the refractory ceramic engineers hard at work and research to design the next unique refractory product for use in special or universal applications. The ULF aggregate is used in Mantec’s 2600 degree F insulating fire brick best in class low thermal conductivity value, while having best in class strength.
